An electrician was required to wire up the garden room and connect to the house mains with the wires all being run prior to plaster-boarding. A plasterer was also require for a skim plaster to finish off the room to ensure nice smooth walls.

A few coats of paint and some decking for steps at the front at the garden room was finished.

I have a 2kW oil filled radiator which heats the room on colder days, but due to the great insulation this heats it up very quickly and maintains the temperature easily. Even in the middle of winter on a sunny day the temperature will begin to rise due to the thermal efficiency of the double glazing.
