Weatherproofing
Weatherproofing requires several stages, but worth taking time to get it right and your garden office should last a significant number of years.

Walls
Breathable Membrane - All the walls are wrapped in a breathable membrane to stop an water that gets past the cladding getting to the SIPs wall frame.

Siberian Larch cladding was then added which is long lasting and requires no treatment simply greying over time.

Roof
A breathable membrane was added on top of the roof with a layer of plywood layer on top as an extra layer of protection and to ensure that if the rubber roof ever needs replaced it is easy to remove and will not damage the SIP roof panels underneath.

A rubber roof was then glued on top to provide a 100% waterproof roof.

Door and Window
There are again several option in this area, but I would suggest double glazing is a minimum to stop losing all the heat out the windows and door. I installed a sliding door with an aluminium frame in Anthracite Grey which had a good price versus heat loss values.
